The Operations Manager at Future Employment Service is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manpower agency, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service delivery, and effective coordination between internal teams, clients, and deployed workforce. This role ensures that agency operations align with organizational goals and compliance standards while maintaining strong communication and leadership across all functional areas.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily agency operations and ensure smooth manpower deployment.
Plan and manage operational processes for efficient workflow.
Supervise staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance.
Coordinate communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Handle complaints, resolve operational issues, and improve service quality.
Lead teams, support training, and maintain a productive work environment.
