Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases.
Prepare and manage HR-related documentation including contracts, policies, and procedures.
Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and Manage employee attendance and leave balance

Recruitment and Selection

Initiate recruitment by collecting Man Power Requisition Form
Involve in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process
Coordinate concerned stakeholders for selection process by scheduling interviews
Conduct smooth onboarding of selected candidate maintaining induction checklist.

Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
Address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive work environment.

HR Projects and Compliance

Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements as directed by HR management.
Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Training and Development

Coordinate training programs and workshops, assisting in identifying employee training needs and ensuring their professional development.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES (KPI’S)

Timely fill the open position with effective hiring process
Effective training is conducted within stipulated time frame and group
Time and resource spent efficiently on HR process such as onboarding, preparing memos for releasing benefits and event planning
HR policies and practices adhere to labor laws and company regulations.
Accurate and complete employee records and data.
Effective communication and flow of information regarding company policy and procedure throughout the company.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in an HR role or similar capacity.
knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and discretion with confidential information
