  • Develop and implement policies on recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
  • Manage overall recruitment and selection process
  • Documentation of Employee Records
  • Manage overall recruitment and selection process.
  • Maintain daily attendance; investigate and understand the causes of staff absence.
  • Recommend, develop and assist in trainings and development modules.
  • Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal
  • Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
  • Administer and coordinate in corporate events and team building activities including inductions for new employee.
