Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment and counseling for foreign employment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa processing, payment counseling, and public relations, and be capable of managing both internal teams and external stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & HR Management : 

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to hire candidates for foreign employment.
  • Coordinate with international agencies and employers to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foreign employment regulations.

B. Visa & Payment Counseling : 

  • Provide clear counseling to clients regarding visa processing, required documentation, and procedures.
  • Guide candidates through the payment process and explain financial obligations transparently.
  • Maintain follow-ups with candidates throughout the pre-departure process.

C. Public Relations & Communication : 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manpower agents, training centers, and embassies.
  • Represent the organization professionally during meetings, events, and government-related processes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from partners and clients.
