Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and aiding in the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct hiring and termination procedures as per company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely payment of salaries and wages in accordance with upper management guidelines and audit policies.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, fairness, and legal compliance.
  • Prepare employment contracts, establish management hierarchy, and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
  • Design and oversee performance evaluation systems, particularly for staff in the marketing department.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee performance.
  • Address employee/labor relations issues and resolve conflicts promptly and fairly.
  • Manage salary structures and ensure timely payment of salaries and wages, aligning with audit policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide HR support  to the other departments, including handling HR-related issues, verifying expenses, setting goals, and preparing performance evaluation reports.
