CCCC, Nepal branch would be responsible for the construction of Mugling-Pokhara Highway Improvement Phase. The  objective  of the  project  is  to  widen  and  upgrade  the  road from  existing  double  lane  to  four  lane  bituminous  paved  standard to cater to increased traffic  load and provide smooth, easy and quick access eliminating existing traffic congestion and reduction in roadway accidents. The whole section of the road is rapidly being developed as urban area and forms the only major gateways to Pokhara, famous tourist center in Western Development Region.

Job Description

  • Recruiting and hiring employees may include posting job listings reviewing resumes conducting interviews 
  • Managing employee relations may include addressing complaints resolving disputes enforcing company policies and mediating employee conflicts 
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations such as workplace safety and wages and hour laws collaborating with other departments and managers to align human resources strategies with company goals 
  • Keeping updated with the latest developments in human resources management and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Be able to build written HR management system including hire, daily management. so that HR work will be followed as the system stipulates.

Education qualification and experience

  • Master’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated   professional experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
  • Experience of using payroll and HRIS system will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in coordination, liaison and networking, managing teams, finance and other critical management domains. 

Knowledge

  • Clear understanding of the development sector, its operating and  regulatory environment in Nepal.
  • Clear in-depth technical and practical knowledge and understanding of the relevant job domain.
  • Knowledge & understanding of Plan’s values.
  • Knowledge of Labour Act and prevailing Tax Act.
  • Understanding of socio cultural and political environment.
  • Strong knowledge of updated best practices and tools in human resources management.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analysis &  reasoning. 
  • Managing, motivating and coaching people.
  • Managing work relationships ( internal/external).
  • Communicating, one to one, in groups both in writing, verbally, presentations and reports, in English, Nepali.

  • Ability to problem solve, handle setbacks and pressure. 
  • Ability to use basic office electronic equipment & computer applications & database management.
