Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process of top-level executives.
Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
All legal and statutory compliance is followed by the HR team.
Creating and implanting HR Budgets and MIS.
Lead organizational Development.
Co-ordinate with the factory HR manager, top-level managers and directors.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, Masters degree preferred.
5+ years experience in Human Resources.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
Attention to detail and good judgement.
