Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Support resume screening and conduct initial candidate shortlisting under supervision.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Help in managing candidate communication and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Support offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation.
Participate in university outreach, job fairs, and employer branding activities.
Assist in organizing HR files, employee records, and documentation
Help track recruitment metrics and prepare basic recruitment reports.
Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects, including digitalization and process improvement.
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive experience for all candidates.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent management.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes (training will be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Note: Timing: 7 AM – 3 PM
