JEPL is a leading manufacturer of flat and long products, and has state-of-the-art plants at Birgunj, Jeetpur in Nepal. The plants is into manufacturing of , Billets , TMT, GI pipes, MS pipes, shutter Profiles, Tubular poles, HR/CR sheets and plates along with value added products like , W Beam, H beam , Purlin etc. The company has enhanced its service capability to design and build pre engineered buildings.

With a broad vision of business established to provide quality steel products indigenously and to fulfill the demands of the domestic market and reduce dependency on imports of steel products from other countries. In a very short span of time, it stood as one of the leading producers of Pipe and TMT in Nepal and now as a growing company has entered into manufacturing of Semis like billets to roll TMT and HR Patra for pipes in-house.

Jagdamba Enterprises has invested huge capitals on human resources, production processes & infrastructures which has made it one of the largest Steel manufacturing plants in Nepal. It makes world class Iron & Steel products like TMT, MS/GI Pipes & Tubes etc. using highest quality raw materials from companies like TATA, BPSL, SAIL, and JSW etc. All our products have strict adherence to Standards like IS & NS. We have standardized our operations & procedures and hold the ICS-JAS-ANZ (ISO 9001-2008) Certification for a quality management system. We are also the sole Authorized Distributor for TATA Steelium (CR Coils & Sheets).

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, practices, and procedures ensuring compliance with legal laws and/or regulations
  • Coordinating in overall Recruitment and Selection activities and preparing reports accordingly
  • Employee and proper documentation of over all activities of HR activities
  • Maintaining and regularly updating the records (personal file, personal database etc.) of each Prepare and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring employee’s attendance and leave
  • Executing effective on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Involving in employee development and engagement programs, career planning and performance management
  • Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the company timelines 
  • Implementing day to day HR functions timely and report to the concern authority on timely basis
  • Prepare monthly payroll and disbursement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
