Responsibilities:

Updating and maintaining the employee database
Screening potential candidate's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the company's job vacancies
Organizing interviews with the shortlisted candidates
Posting/ removing job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
Assisting in the planning of company events
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
