Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and responsible General Manager to oversee the overall operations of Himali Organic Store. The role involves managing daily store activities, leading the team, improving sales performance, and maintaining organic quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance
Handle inventory control, procurement, and supplier coordination
Ensure product quality and compliance with organic standards
Prepare sales, expense, and performance reports
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate promotions, marketing activities, and store displays
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Agriculture, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail or store management
Experience in organic, grocery, FMCG, or food sector preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of inventory systems, basic accounting, and MS Office
Ability to manage the store independently

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
