Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive based in Pokhara. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Executive will coordinate with various departments to address HR needs and support the overall mission of delivering excellence in hospitality. Other daily tasks include handling employee records, facilitating training and development programs, and executing HR initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and employee relations skills
  • Performance management and HR policy compliance expertise
  • Experience in handling employee records and HR administration
  • Training and development program coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
