Reports To: Chief Executive Officer 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Associate / Officer to oversee and support our HR and administrative operations. This includes handling recruitment and retention, payroll administration, employee engagement, legal compliance, and administrative and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and passionate about building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Assist in planning and execution of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
  • Support line managers in conducting screenings, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Assist in implementing retention strategies, career development plans, and succession planning initiatives.

Payroll Management

  • Manage monthly payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Handle benefits administration including insurance, provident fund, bonuses, and leave encashment.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and motivated workplace culture.

Legal Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee contracts, company policies, and legal documents.

Human Resource & Admin Operations

  • Assist management in HR planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, leave management, and attendance records.
  • Oversee administrative operations such as office management, logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments related to HR & admin operations as required.
