NIMB Ace Capital Ltd is a leading investment management and merchant banking firm in Nepal. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen interest in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and selection processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
Coordinate internal communication and HR activities
Support employee engagement and administrative tasks
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR functions and office administration
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in HR will be an added advantage
