Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR and ISO Compliance Officer to join our hydropower Operation and Maintenance company. This is a single combined role that involves handling the full spectrum of Human Resource functions along with ISO-related compliance and documentation responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Management

Manage the full hiring and recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain and verify attendance sheets, timesheets, and leave records on a regular basis.
Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR data (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.).
Maintain updated employee files and records in compliance with company policies.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and staff evaluation documentation.
Handle employee grievances professionally and support overall employee welfare activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented and updated as required.
Coordinate trainings, orientations, and capacity-building activities for employees.
Monitor renewal of insurance, contracts, and staff-related documents.

ISO Documentation & Compliance

Maintain and update ISO-related documentation, including SOPs, work procedures, checklists, and compliance records.
Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, ensuring necessary documents and evidence are prepared.
Ensure the company’s HR practices and administrative processes align with ISO standards.
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required by audit findings.
Monitor compliance activities and ensure continuous improvement in line with ISO requirements.
Assist management in developing, reviewing, and updating quality management systems and processes.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or admin; ISO documentation experience preferred.
Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and ISO standards.
Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and email handling.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
