Job Description

  • Carrying out routine tasks related to human resources and administration such as payroll handling, employee grievance handling, leave management etc
  • Carrying out Provident Fund/Citizen Investment Trust related tasks
  • Suggesting the management on things that can be done to improve the HR system of the company
  • Have in depth knowledge of Nepali labor law and HR best practices
  • Analyze & monitor the monthly budget and expenses
  • Coordinate contracts & relationships with vendors / suppliers
  • Should have a good knowledge of customer services and general office management
  • Handle Petty Cash/Maintain inventory
  • Assist the Accounting and HR Department with managing various tasks and reports, as needed
  • Perform pay and leave audits upon request
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Preparation of monthly VAT and Income Tax Return and responsible for Tax/VAT reporting
  • Deduction of TDS and deposit it into government account in time
  • Record keeping of sales and purchase register
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Update journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
  • Sound knowledge of Tally Software, MS Office and interpersonal skills is a must
  • Perform any other task required in course of their job as required by the organization
