Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute all HR generalist functions, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, placement, and employee lifecycle operations.
Process and prepare monthly payroll using automated systems, including calculations for overtime, performance bonuses, standby allowances, and other compensations.
Handle employee contract extensions, promotions, and departmental upgrades for management review.
Manage employee relations, including disciplinary cases, separations, and accurate settlement of terminal benefits.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and corporate standards.
Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies, local labor laws, and statutory regulations across HR and supply chain activities.
Maintain precise digital and physical records for HR actions.
Draft official correspondence, notifications, and management reports related to workforce statistics.
Prepare and submit HR-related documentation and reports to management and regulatory authorities as required.
Execute any other operational or administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, with proven expertise in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations in Nepal.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in HRS/automated payroll systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract extensions, promotions, and separations.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
