Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR and Admin Officer to join our team at Mountain Infra Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions such as recruitment, staff evaluation, HR documentation, and administrative support. Prior experience in a construction company will be highly preferred, though fresh graduates with a strong interest in HR and administration are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new staff.
  • Evaluate employee performance and maintain performance appraisal records.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing accurate data on attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, and absences.
  • Maintain and update the HR database with details of new hires, employee movements, and changes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, warning letters, resignation letters, and disciplinary forms.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for employee records, HR policies, and administrative documents.
  • Support the administrative function by handling tasks such as office supplies, record keeping, and coordination with different departments.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and ensure employee compliance.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and staffing plans.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data and employee records.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by senior management.
