About Us

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nepalese labor laws.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Administration:

  • Oversee all administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment management, space allocation, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for company events and meetings.
  • Ensure a smooth operation of the office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin role, preferably within a manufacturing and trading environment.
  • Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Approachable and professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service (both internal and external).
