About Us

Our client is a well-established and respected group based in Butwal, Nepal. We comprise a dynamic and successful combination of manufacturing and trading companies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HR policies and procedures in compliance with Nepalese labor laws.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and employee relations.
Manage employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Administration:

Oversee all administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment management, space allocation, and travel arrangements.
Develop and maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
Manage logistics and coordination for company events and meetings.
Ensure a smooth operation of the office environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin role, preferably within a manufacturing and trading environment.
Strong understanding of Nepalese labor laws and regulations.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software (a plus).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Approachable and professional demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service (both internal and external).
