Palhi Overseas, a licensed Ethical and Responsible Recruitment Agency, is seeking a professional, polite, and well-organized Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations and provide support to candidates and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist candidates, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and politely
Guide candidates regarding recruitment procedures and required documents
Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and candidate details
Coordinate with documentation and recruitment teams for smooth workflow
Schedule appointments and manage office correspondence
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
Receive and distribute documents, forms, and notices properly
Support administrative tasks as assigned by management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

+2 passed or Bachelor’s degree running (preferred)
Prior experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (Nepali & English)
Clear speaking ability with professional telephone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
