Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Review, update and implementation of HR policies to ensure alignment with organisation standards, local labor laws and market practices
Responsible for entire HR functions: Recruitment, on boarding, Induction, Grievances, Employee engagement.
Review, develop and implement effective employee performance management system/ tools and train / provide advice and support to the executive director on evaluating performance, addressing performance issues and giving feedback and recognition to staff
Review salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs, and employee recognition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality employees
Address employee relations issues and investigate issues related to discipline and grievance
Frequent store visit, supervise store maintenance and cleanliness.
Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents
Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement, and motivation
Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Other relevant tasks as deemed necessary for the role.
