Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing the complete HR function across multiple business units. This role ensures effective recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, policy development, employee relations, compliance, engagement initiatives, and organizational development while supporting business growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple companies and departments.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and facilitate candidate selection.
Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Develop employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Manage joining, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
Ensure employee data accuracy and confidentiality.

Performance Management

Design and administer performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate self-appraisals, manager evaluations, HR reviews, and management assessments.
Monitor employee performance and support development plans.
Facilitate performance improvement discussions when required.

Policy Development & Compliance

Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Nepal Labour Act and other applicable regulations.
Maintain HR governance and workplace discipline standards.
Support audits and compliance-related activities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee concerns and workplace issues.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Support conflict resolution and employee counseling.

Compensation & Benefits

Support payroll preparation and salary administration.
Manage employee benefits, financing programs, and related schemes.
Coordinate with banks and service providers for employee-related facilities.

HR Operations & Reporting

Manage attendance, leave, and overtime administration.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
Monitor manpower planning and organizational requirements.
Support strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4 plus years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Nepal Labour Laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple business units and priorities simultaneously.
