Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to strengthen our human resource management system. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and personnel files.
Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with the finance department.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR policies.
Support employee engagement activities and workplace culture development.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution when required.
Prepare HR reports, documentation, and internal communications.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and evaluations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational policies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
