  • Minimum 10 years and 5 years in top level management in hotel industry
  • General knowledge about international hotel industry who can lead with a passion that inspires management team/staff and attracts hotel best talent with strategic leadership expertise that ensures the effective and efficient operation of the hotel while improving on the current model, and in doing so, helps the hotel and business thrive.
  • Great personality

Professional skills:

  • Excellent written, speaking English skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with several hotel operation systems
  • Experienced handling a new opening hotel (Pre-opening experience).
  • Strong financial knowledge required.
  • Skillful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.

  • Team player working
