Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of residents, and maintain a positive and secure living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the overall functioning of the hostel
Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules by all residents
Handle administrative duties such as attendance, room allocation, and maintenance requests
Provide support and guidance to students/residents as needed
Coordinate with management for hostel supplies, repairs, and emergencies
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the hostel premises
Act as the point of contact for parents/guardians in case of emergencies
Ensure safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents
