Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Summary: Asst. The Facility Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the overall floor operations of the Facility and assisting in preparing reports to the Facility Manager

Reports to: Facility Manager / Head of Facilities (Operation) – Head Office
Total Compensation: Negotiable
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

2 years of experience in hospitality industry in officer level
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Able to prioritize and delegate task
Able to handle and manage the shifts
Documentation skills to maintain institutional knowledge

Areas of Responsibility (TOR)

Assists in the coordination and supervision of the Facility and fulfills the process and areas of improvement in all departments.
Recognizes local marketing possibilities, contributes in improving the QFX experience to customers, maintains corporate and client relationships, and plans various campaigns and events in coordination with the Head Office Marketing department.
Analyzes the HR gap in the Facility, identifies the training needs, resolves HR grievances of the team, and plans and forescaste HR development in the Facility in coordination with the Facility Manager.
Prepares and reviews all kinds of contracts – rental, employees, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with SOPs to maintain the standard of the Facility.
Prepare and follow up schedules for Repairs and Maintenance of assets and equipment.

Preferences

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays. (Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply)
