Executive Search-Merojob on behalf of our client, an upcoming FMCG Company, is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will lead and scale Sales & Distribution by combining strong on-ground execution with digital tools and analytics-driven decision making. The role will leverage Digital Distribution Management Systems (DDMS) to improve distributor productivity, market coverage, forecasting accuracy, trade spends effectiveness, and overall sales/branding governance for the company.
