Job Description

  • Responsible for managing overall e-commerce operations, and continuously looking to improve and implement efficiencies
  • Work closely with marketing, designers, data scientists, business development and others to ensure highly quality customer experience
  • Establish and manage all partners and agents in the supply chain ensuring effective, efficient, and smooth operations
  • Regular involvement in developing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, agents, and government authorities
  • Develop or revise plans, policies, and procedures for overall business activities
  • Understand and spec out customer and business requirements for improvements through working with Data Science, User Experience, Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Track, monitor, and control expense based on budgetary guidelines
  • Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff
