Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our Finishing Department. This role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring production targets are met with high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule daily finishing activities (e.g., packaging, labeling, quality checks, final assembly).
Monitor workflow and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Liaise with the production team, supervisors, and quality control to ensure seamless operations.
Track production output, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of production reports, materials usage, and staff schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
Train and support finishing staff in meeting productivity and quality goals.
