Job Description

  • Lead and manage employees of the companys  Hardware Department with an aim to guide the team to maximize performance.
  • Ensure annual goals for the Hardware Department are met as defined by the management in relation to service revenue, cost targets, etc.
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations
  • Provide customer service delivery solutions with the implementation of service delivery process, service level management and control process to maintain service standards for business excellence
  • Demonstrate strong domain knowledge and skills to provide strategic and tactical support to service delivery operations
  • Develop a strong working relationship with the service teams of principal companies
  • Deal directly with customers when required
  • Maintain timely delivery of TAT (Turn around Time) of the service deliveries
  • Maintain and manage spares for effective service delivery operations
  • Handle the entire operations related to processing initiation, its implementation and final delivery to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Monitor the ETRACKS system regularly for pending cases (onsite/ workshop) and closure of such cases within the stipulated time frame
  • Provide overall support in Hardware maintenance and services for the company such as hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, system backup, installation, configuration, etc.
  • Resolve all complicated technical issues affecting the team
  • Authorize procurement of hardware, including the urgent local purchase of spare parts
