Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to support the establishment and management of HR operations for a hospital setup. The role requires hands-on involvement in building HR processes manually during the initial phase, with a transition to a structured HR system once the hospital becomes fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage project-based HR functions during the hospital setup phase.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation systematically.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
Coordinate with management for workforce planning and HR strategies.
Support the transition from manual HR processes to an automated HR system.

Required qualifications for this job

MBA in Human Resource Management (HR)
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant HR experience
Prior experience in the hospital or healthcare sector is highly preferred
