We are looking a Head Cook/ Chef for newly built fast food restaurant and cafe in a beautiful little place called, Rampur, Palpa. S/he must be willing to travel in a new place, in return, we will offer a good salary with free accommodation and meals during the day. 

All you need to have is love and passion for fast food. With the dedication you will guide all the staffs with your professionalism.

We have very interesting business plans ahead with possible extension in the city of Butwal, Pokhara, Chitwan, Kathmandu and Itahari. You can be promoted to a bigger and smarter chain of fast food should you show your in-depth skills.

• Check freshness of food and ingredients
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
• Develop recipes and determine how to present the food in a most interesting way
• Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness and functionality
• Hire, train, and supervise cooks and other food preparation workers
• Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies
• Monitor sanitation practices and follow kitchen safety standards

Please note this role is outside Kathmandu Valley, a place called Palpa, Rampur. Accommodation and meals are provided without deducting wages. Salary paid will be net and will be confirmed during interview.
