We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working individual to lead a team in the kitchen for our restaurant offering fine dining experience in an upcoming hotel located in boudha. The chef will responsible for leading and delegating all employee in the kitchen to their tasks, work with helpers to create new dishes for the menu.

Job Specification:

• Responsible for the culinary staff and ensuring that each staff member adheres to all safety, security and health regulations
• Plan and delegate food preparation and culinary activities, while always supervising the kitchen staff's activities
• Modify menus or create new dishes that meet quality standards, as well as, give prepared plates the final touch
• Working knowledge of food cost and all kitchen equipment
• Candidates should be able to communicate effectively, motivate and train staff and work well under pressure during demanding periods and find appropriate solutions to restaurant problems
• Experience in record keeping and preparation of reports
