Job Description

  • Provide quality service to passengers during check-in, boarding, special services, lounges and baggage services as per Airline’s commercial and safety standards
  • Smooth and proper co-ordination with GHA and other airport authorities for smooth operations
  • Assist and report the management on regular basis as per the policy
  • Ensuring seamless work operation at Airport
  • Represent GSA and ensure its image and credibility is maintained at all times
  • Fully acquainted with regulatory compliances and ensure it is fulfilled at all times
  • Capable of managing complex situation
  • Strong communicating and public relation skill
  • Capable of leading diverse team
  • Capable of timely solving complains
