• Minimum 1-2 years preferably from Hotel or Serviced Apartment
  
• College Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Hotel Management or equivalent
  
• Proficient in English for oral and written communication
  
• Has an excellent background in guest or customer service
  
• Able to multi-task, work shift schedule and display grace under pressure
  
• Service minded and attention to details
  
• Possess good grooming and personal presentation
  
• Self-motivated and able to manage with strong initiative
