  • Smart & Energetic with excellent command on written & spoken English along with fluent Hindi.
  • Effective Communication skill  with ability to convince &  solve any problems.
  • Ability to solve any matters tactfully & assure the clients gets the best service.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in travel & tourism

Job Description

  • Responsible for timely arrival and departure of our guests
  • Handling complaints, feedback and reviews
  • Briefing about tour packages and track tour status
  • Followup with guest and make sure tour is in order
  • Ability to build strong relationship with hotels & airlines
  • Ready to work on any hours & holidays as well
