Job Description

Asseti is looking for a smart, resourceful, and results-driven Growth Marketer to help us build a high-performing growth engine. You’ll run experiments, optimise funnels, and create content that drives qualified pipeline and revenue, especially across the US market.

We’re a lean, commercially-focused team building the category-defining platform for asset intelligence. This role is for someone who’s just as comfortable writing a high-converting LinkedIn ad as they are analysing campaign performance in Power BI. You’ll thrive here if you move fast, love testing, and enjoy solving problems with creativity and rigour.

What you’ll own/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Run lean, high-impact acquisition experiments across paid, organic, social, referral, outbound, and partner channels
  • Write converting content across landing pages, ads, social, email, and product marketing
  • Optimise website and landing pages for performance
  • Launch and iterate campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other growth channels
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms (ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, etc.) to increase efficiency and throughput
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team on ICP focus, lead quality, and sales-readiness
  • Build lead flows that connect seamlessly between marketing and sales
  • Track campaign performance using HubSpot, Power BI, and other analytics tools
  • Work alongside a fractional head of marketing, a web developer, and a creative agency
  • You’ll also have access to tools like Gong, rb2b, and the freedom to test and trial new growth tools that help get results.
