Aiwina Nepal is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Handler / Content Creator. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, enjoys being active on social platforms, and wants to build a career in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Manage and monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and post content regularly to maintain brand visibility
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly
Track social media engagement and report trends

Content Creation:

Create engaging content including photos, short videos, reels, product showcases, and stories
Write simple and attractive captions for daily posts
Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns and promotional content
Capture product images or coordinate with the team for visual content

Brand Engagement:

Maintain consistent brand tone and identity across all platforms
Support promotional campaigns and seasonal content
Suggest creative ideas to increase followers and engagement

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum education: +2 or higher
Freshers can apply; experience in social media or content creation is a plus
Creative mindset with interest in trends, reels, and digital content
Basic photo/video editing skills (mobile or simple tools accepted)
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with social media insights and engagement tools is an advantage
