Speakervideos is a leading video marketing company working with Olympic gold medalists, bestselling authors, and influencers with millions of followers. Our 25-member creative team (across 5 countries) is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead projects, people, and performance.

We're looking for a proactive and organized professional who can balance structure with creativity. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth execution across projects.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee project managers & creatives, ensure top-quality deliverables
Develop SOPs, implement AI tools & automation for efficiency
Drive innovation in content strategies for global clients
Manage client communication & handle day-to-day challenges
Keep the team accountable, motivated, and high-performing
Take charge of client project in cases of urgency

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

1-3 years in operations management (ideally in marketing/video)
Experience leading 10+ member teams
Strong with project management tools (ClickUp, etc.)
Up to date with AI tools & social media trends
Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and proactive
