One Pasal is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer / Associate to drive the company’s growth by expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and executing effective market strategies. The ideal candidate is fluent in spoken communication, experienced in sales and marketplace operations, and skilled at negotiating contracts and business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
Lead negotiations for contracts and business deals.
Conduct market analysis and develop strategies to drive company growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities.
Represent the company in a professional and engaging manner.
