Reports to: GIS Global Operations Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:
The best candidate will be exposed to the world of Consulting with a variety of exciting projects and a dynamic global team. The role involves administrative support and co-ordination for the Global GIS team across the end to end consulting process (lead generation, proposal development, deal closure, project set up, delivery and closure).   

The below areas of responsibility have both a local and global aspect attached to them.

1. Metric Reporting

• Revenue recognition
• Project tracking and reporting
• Prepare all the reports required for presentations to the BoD and senior management teams

2. Training Development and Knowledge Management

• Coordination of training initiatives and intervention for the GIS team
• Conduit for GIS related proposals, deliverables and case studies
• Manage the GIS SharePoint site ensuring that all the relevant proposals and case studies with regards to the growth processes and solution sets are up to date and readily available to the team

3. Operations Coordination

• Assist in all areas of the of the consulting business from proposal development through project delivery
• Internal and external stakeholder management on a global level
• Sales materials preparation
• Marketing campaign materials preparation
• Project optimisation including but not limited to; project set up and closure

Criteria:

• Tertiary education qualification 
• 3 years in a similar role
• Proven ability to work independently with a proactive approach
• Goal-orientated
• Efficient in Powerpoint and Excel
• Analytical ability 
• Strong attention to detail
