Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Grade Teacher (Grade - 1) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching young learners, the ability to create engaging and interactive lessons, and a commitment to fostering the overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Grade 1 students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity.
Assess and track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
Integrate innovative teaching methods and activities to enhance student engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to ensure consistency in curriculum and teaching standards.
Encourage the development of social, emotional, and academic skills in students.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Teaching certification or diploma is preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience teaching primary school students is an advantage.
