Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified Teachers for Science, Maths, English, and Economics who are committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidates will inspire students, promote critical thinking, and contribute to the academic and personal growth of learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in the respective subject area.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and academic standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve academically.
Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
Integrate modern teaching methods and educational technology where appropriate.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and school activities.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Education or in a related subject.
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching at the primary or secondary level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Passion for teaching and student development.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experienced candidates with fluent English will be given priority.
