We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to provide high-quality education to young learners. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, use effective teaching strategies, and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students. The role requires a passion for teaching, creativity, and the ability to inspire curiosity and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage children behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Enhance students' interests, abilities and performance by promoting a collaborative and cooperative learning culture
Assess and evaluate students' progress via both internal and external assessment and communicate it with their parents and school authority
Perform other duties related to teaching and learning activities as and when assigned by the school authority

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience at the primary level preferred
Strong understanding of child development and primary curriculum
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching
