Station: Ex-Plant (Plant-based role)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a highly experienced, result-driven, and visionary leader to join us as GM/CEO/VP at our fully integrated cement manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading overall operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational and commercial excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership for long-term growth.
Oversee daily plant operations and production.
Manage quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
Lead HR, compliance, legal, and admin functions.
Drive sales, procurement, and market expansion.
Handle budgeting, finance, and cost control.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Build and mentor a cross-functional leadership team.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the cement or heavy manufacturing industry.
Strong administrative background; experience in Commercial Operations is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Exposure to financial management, corporate governance, and stakeholder engagement.
