Job Description

To manage, coordinate and maintain all matters related to plan and execute a complete range of marketing and business development activities and to formulate, strategies and coordinate the business development activities of the company.
To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Budget management and Target Setting. To deliver all marketing activity within the defined budget.
To explore ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability by identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
To promote, marketing and create distribution channel of all Company's Products in defined target segment in Nepal.
Direct the hiring, training, monitoring and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
Be in touch with key customers. Key Lead Finalization, Lead Generation etc.
This is a senior management level Position. Salary no bar for right candidate and will be negotiable.
