About the role:

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, sorting and dispatching of orders placed on the Kaymu platform, and ensuring successful delivery of items to our customers. He or she supervises, trains, coaches, and mentors Pick Up agents, and maintains a close relationship with Kaymu’s Delivery Partners.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming orders and their distribution to Pick-up Agents
• Oversee the dispatch of orders to 3rd party delivery companies
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to pending orders and payments
• Oversee product exchanges and returns by liaising closely with the Seller Management and 
• Customer Service teams
• Analyze data and statistics to gain insights for improving the orders process and performance
• Actively seek out new delivery partners to expand Kaymu’s reach and efficiency within Nepal
• Should be able to work long and odd hours
