KL Dugar Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive - Logistic to join our team. This is a mid-level position or fresher (no experience required but should know journal entries, should be management students) that requires a strong understanding of commercial, logistics, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and update inventory lists to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Receive and dispatch goods, verifying movements of stock.
• Check purchase orders against stock levels to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare delivery schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of storage facility to ensure safe and secure storage of goods.
• Enter data into a database to maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics operations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels at minimum cost to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Calculate storage and clearance costs to ensure cost-effective logistics operations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for logistics operations.
