Job Description

  • Handle Front Desk Operations, able to deal with clients and patients queries
  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Manage appointments with doctors and consultants
  • Provide administrative support and liasioning with other offices
  • Provide information about health services
  • Provide assistance to the project or function team as required, such as: photocopying, scanning, typing etc
  • Efficient handling of paperwork and correspondence.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding them when required.
  • Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats to facilitate consistent and efficient documentation
  • Establish and maintain the filing system (manual and electronic) to ensure effective storage and quick retrieval
  • Provide office facilities and related administrative support to consultants
  • Observe and apply strict levels of confidentiality and discretion to all matters related to the performance of the role
  • Marketing and Accounting activities
  • Independent handling of task specific, technical and administrative matters
  • Interact with the Clients/Patients and needs to perform administrative work
