Job Description

  • Pre-screening of candidates as per the available demands.
  • Entering data of prospective job seekers in the databank – Employment Opportunities Services Desk.
  • Updating the databank on the basis of Processing List, Confirmation File and Interview Selection Record.
  • Calling final selected /selected by Sky/CV accepted candidates for medical process.
  • Entering the medical updates of candidates and call medical pending candidates to bring their updated medical report.
  • Dealing with enquiries received from Overseas.
  • Receiving the phone calls in the absence of Receptionist.
  • Source the candidates as per the demands assigned to them through online applicants, walking candidates and Potential candidate data bank. After that, update the potential data bank as per the need.
  • Do filing of potential candidate's CVs.
  • Send agents directly to the Manager-Recruitment /Asst. Manager- Recruitment, Director-Recruitment.
  • Responsible for the demands assigned to them as Demand Incharge.
  • Reporting to the Recruitment Manager.
